The Building Consultancy team were appointed to act as Contract Administrator and CDM Co-ordinator of the external refurbishment of Sotheby's St George Street property which is a Grade II listed building.
The works involved the external refurbishment of the entire property including the complex rear elevations including stone cleaning to the front facade and restoration of the bronze statues.
