Weston Gateway Business Park
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has been appointed to advise on the development, letting and construction of Weston Super Mare's newest 15 acre mixed use Business Park.
The park is located fronting the A370 providing a link to Junction 21 of the M5 motorway and adjacent to Worle Parkway mainline. The site has outline planning permission for a mix of uses including offices, industrial, retail and a hotel.
The agency team has agreed a pre-sale to Knightstone Housing of a site for a new 40,000 sq ft headquarters building and the building consultancy department are project managing the construction of the building which is due to start early 2012.
Building Consultancy are appointed to project manager the development of the entire park.
