Building Consultancy advice provided on the repair and refurbishment of a Listed office building.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's Building Consultancy were appointed in association with Property Management on behalf of Draco* to procure the external repair and refurbishment of Braywick House, a Grade II Listed former residential property, since converted to office accommodation.
The appointment extended to full contract administration and CDM co-ordinator roles in specifying the works, seeking tenders, adjudication and administration of the works including agreeing practical completion. In addition, we co-ordinated with the occupying tenants including seeking Listed Building consent and agreeing the works and finishes with the Conservation Officer.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP Building Consultancy ensured that the project was delivered on programme and within budget.
