Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP’s client, Network Rail and South West of England Regional Development Agency marketed and secured expressions of interest from developers seeking preferred developer status on this landmark city centre site.  The prefered developer is now nominated and the Development Agreement is in the process of determination.

The 4.6 acre site offers an opportunity for circa 350,000 sq ft of mixed use development and the construction of a new 522 space multi-storey car park.

The development will provide the final link between the successful developments at Temple Quay 1, Temple Quay 2 and Temple Meads Station and will introduce the quality and connectivity that realises the full potential of the Temple Meads regeneration area.
