Bristol Bus Station, Bristol
Developed for Bristol's Magistrates Court and a new bus station.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP acted on behalf of First Bus in marketing the Old Bus Station, located adjacent to Broadmead in Bristol city centre.
The disposal was undertaken on a conditional basis with a condition precedent that a new bus station was designed, consented and implemented prior to development on the remainder of the site. The balance of the site was subsequently developed in part for the Magistrates Court, relocating from Nelson Street in Bristol and the remainder will be developed for student accommodation in due course.
