The Brewery, Cheltenham
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Salmon Harvester Properties Limited on the acquisition and £60 million redevelopment of the former Flowers Brewery site to provide a 200,000 sq ft mixed retail and leisure development, which opened in 2006.
Occupiers include Habitat, the global furniture and homeware retailer, Dwell, Cineworld, Fitness First, Gala Bingo and five restaurants Chiquito's, Frankie & Benny's, IMMO, Nando's and The Real China.
