Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP are jointly appointed to provide development and letting advice to CBRE Investors Strategic Partners Group on the speculative development of a 134,000 sq office building to be known as Cabot Gate, immediately adjacent to the new Cabot Circus Shopping Centre.
The building forms a gateway development fronting onto the M32, the main arterial route into central Bristol. It is the principal commercial building to be developed as part of the 1 million sq ft Cabot Circus residential and retail scheme.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's office agency team is currently involved in commissioning a full marketing campaign, advising on design and specification and has commenced a pre-letting campaign.
