The 106,000 sq ft building was acquired by Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP for Threadneedle Properties Limited and let on a lease to Kleeneze Plc. Kleeneze Plc was acquired out of receivership by Findel who disclaimed the lease and Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's industrial team subsequently sold the freehold interest with vacant possession on behalf of Threadneedle to Power Electrics Limited.
