Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP then advised Coal Pension Properties Limited on the partial demolition of the smaller building to create a larger yard area for the 42,000 sq ft unit. On completion of the work, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP let the building with the yard area to Walkers Snack Foods Limited at a rent of £5.25 per sq ft per annum exclusive.
