Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Keyline Builders Merchants, part of the Travis Perkins Group, on the acquisition of a new 20,000 sq ft unit at Corporation Road, Newport, South Wales.

The acquisition involved the change of use, for use of the site as a builders' merchant and taking of a new lease at a rent of £4.00 per sq ft per annum exclusive.
