Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP sold the freehold of this multi-let industrial Estate for Catalyst Capital LLP to SEGRO Plc for in excess of £20 million. The 1960's Estate provides some 334,701 sq ft on a site area of 17.15 acres generating a net income of £1,486,000 per annum.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP acquired the Estate for Catalyst Capital LLP in 2003 and implemented a comprehensive refurbishment programme. In addition, a number of units were completely demolished and a new 53,000 sq ft self-contained warehouse was erected and pre-let to G4S Cash Services (UK) Limited at a rental of £315,000 per annum. Other tenants on the Estate include Bunzl Out Servicing Services UK, Kone Plc, J W Bollom & Co, Brinks Limited and Baileys Caravans. Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP also advised on the refurbishment and letting of the Estate.
