Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised on the original site purchase in two stages, Phase l in 1996 and Phase ll in 1999, as well as the subsequent development of the Business Park and letting of 170,000 sq ft of office space.
Notable tenants include Frontier Estates, T Systems Limited, Rockwell European Holdings Limited, Lundbeck UK Limited, Trident Group, DaimlerChrysler and Amway Europe.
The Business Park is arranged over 11.54 acres and comprises 6 self-contained office blocks.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised on the subsequent disposal of the completed investment of £32.5m to Frontier Estates and LaSalle Ventures.
