Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has been managing this Central London 11,000 sq ft multi-let office building for the past seven years, on behalf of a private overseas investor, and subsequently advised on the sale of the freehold to a Jersey Trust for £10.5 Million which represented a net initial of 3.8%. The offices were let at an average annual rent of £40 per sq ft with early reversions where a substantial increase was anticipated.
