Acquisitions for Subway
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's leisure team advise a number of restaurant/food outlet operators on their current and future operations and are retained to acquire new stores for Subway - a food outlet famous for its submarine sandwiches.
Subway have shops located all over the world after being founded in USA, are implementing a major expansion programme and are aiming to have 2010 stores by 2010 located throughout the UK.
The Bristol team are advising Subway on their acquisition programme for new stores located in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Somerset and advising on their existing property portfolio. The requirement is for stores from 500 - 2,000 sq ft located almost anywhere! They will consider sites in the High Street, shopping centres, retail and business parks, petrol stations, hospitals and universities.
