Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's Management Department is instructed to manage Brettenham House, Lancaster Place, London, a landmark 130,000 sq ft office headquarters building, by Waterloo Bridge. Acquired in March 2007, the building generates an annual income of circa £5 million and Draco* has carried out significant and high specification refurbishment works, as nearly 50% of the building became vacant.
For the same client Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP manage Kings Chase Shopping Centre, situated in the heart of Kingswood, Bristol. The Centre was constructed in 1976 and totals 128,000 sq ft of retail space plus 440 car parking spaces. There are 25 units including Sainsbury's Supermarket, Boots, Wilkinsons and WH Smith, generating a rental income of £1.26 million per annum.
