The Bristol Port

Acquisition and subsequent management of the docks at Avonmouth and Royal Portbury.

In 1991 Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP was instructed to value the Bristol City Council owned Dock Estate at Avonmouth and Royal Portbury together with Chittening Industrial Estate, on behalf of a syndicate of banks. The estate consists of approximately 2,500 acres of land and property subject to over 250 tenancies.

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advise on all property matters including letting, rent review, lease renewal, landlord and tenant matters, development, disposal and service charge administration. Periodically Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP also prepares valuations for accounts and bank lending purposes.
