Hempton Court, Aztec West, Bristol
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised HBG Properties on the establishment of a joint venture agreement with F & C Investment Managers for the development of a speculative office development totalling 60,000 sq ft. The scheme, known as Gemini 920 and 930, forms the second phase of development at Hempton Court, the last undeveloped site on Aztec West.
The development has subsequently been completed by HBG in joint venture with IVG. The two identical buildings offer occupiers 30,000 sq ft over three floors and have been designed to achieve high levels of sustainability and are finished to a Grade A specification.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP’s office team is retained as letting agents and is seeking occupiers for either a whole building or on a floor by floor basis.
