Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised HBG Properties on the development, letting and subsequent sale of a new waterfront headquarters building totalling 71,450 sq ft, for in excess of £30 million.
The letting of the top two floors, totalling 20,000 sq ft, to Britannia Building Society in April 2006 set a new record office rent for Bristol at £25.50 per sq ft at that time.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has been involved with the site since first selling it to HBG Properties on behalf of Persimmon Homes. The office team has been retained by Rockspring to market the remaining space and lettings have been agreed with Oracle Corporation, The Insolvency Service and Ashfords.
The building is now 65% let.
