The Paragon, Bristol
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP is advising Cubex Land on the development and marketing of a sustainable, high quality office building totalling 76,000 sq ft, in the centre of Bristol.
The building was completed in 2009 and finished to a Grade A specification over ground and five upper floors. The building incorporates bold contemporary finishes and has been designed to achieve a high level of sustainability, which is reflected by BREEAM Excellent rating that has been awarded.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP’s office agency team provided initial advice on the design and specification, has procured a full marketing campaign and are the letting agents. A pre-let was agreed with Thring Townsend Lee and Pembertons who occupy 20,000 sq ft over the top two floors and are joined by Ernst & Young who are occupying the entire third floor and part of the second floor, totalling 20,300 sq ft on a new lease.
The building includes three ground floor retail units and these have been let to Tesco Express and healthy food outlet, FRISKA
