Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP is solely retained by Tesco New Stores to acquire office premises to house its Recruitment Centres across the South Wales and the South West. When new stores are being developed these Centres are required to carry out open days, interviews, training and a base for the managerial and administration staff.
The Recruitment Centres require a mix of open plan and cellular space to suit their training and interviews, with disabled access, ample on site parking and only for approximately 3.5-6 month period. These premises are a challenge to find and premises have been acquired in locations including Crediton, Redruth, Ilminster Tidworth, and the Isle of Wight.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP’s Bristol office agency team carry out detailed searches on the local areas, arrange inspections, negotiate competitive terms and monitor the acquisitions through solicitors hands until the moving in dates.
