ATS Euromaster - Rating
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP are instructed by ATS Euromaster to act on their behalf to appeal against the 2005 Rating Assessments of all their depots located throughout London/South East/South West and South Wales, totalling circa 250 properties.
As an example, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP negotiated and agreed a reduction in the 2005 List rateable value from £78,000 to £61,500 following an appeal against the assessment of the ATS Car and Truck Centre, located on Ipswich Road, Cardiff (photographed above).
We agreed a number of corrections to the assessments saving ATS Euromaster circa £500,000 over the duration of the 2005 List.
