Acquisition for John Anthony in Bristol's Cabot Circus
The Bristol retail team has advised leading independent fashion operator John Anthony on a relocation from their existing premises in Broadmead into a new 9,500 sq ft store.
John Anthony have re-located into Quakers Friars, the high end fashion quarter of Bristol's Cabot Circus. The move followed an approach by the landlords who were keen to secure the retailer, who have been trading for over 30 years, to enhance the Cabot Circus offer.
The new store is located adjacent to the Harvey Nichols department store and will provide a store with retail sales on ground and first floor plus a mezzanine area.
Specialising in designer menswear, John Anthony have four further stores throughout the south west. The retailer has acquired the premises on a new 10 year lease on a base plus turnover rent. The store opened 20th November 2009.
