Curry's Megastore, Cribbs Causeway
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised on the grant of a new lease for Units 1,2,3 and 4 and the surrender of the existing leases on Units 1 and 2, and on Units 12 and 13 (part sublet to Harveys) with DSG Retail Limited on behalf of the landlords, Cribbs Mall Nominee Limited, c/o Prupim.
DSG International has taken the units on a new 15 year lease and relocated Curry's and PC World into the 70,000 sq ft store to create south west's largest electrical megastore.
The acquisition forms part of DSG International's plans to create 25 new megastores across the UK.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has advised the landlords on the Cribbs Causeway Retail Park since its inception and following this letting, the marketing has introduced a new phase of master planning for the retail park.
