The Mall Bristol
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised on the site acquisition, development and letting of the 330,000 sq ft covered shopping centre located in the centre of Broadmead. The centre was sold to The Mall Corporation in 2004 and Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's retail team is retained as sole letting agents.
The Mall Bristol is a three-level covered shopping centre which opened in 1991. The centre continues to be in demand with a tenant mix ranging from national multiples including Boots, WH Smith, T K Maxx, Waterstones and Argos to local and regional fashion, gift and life-style retailers. Prime rents are circa £140 Zone A with £65 - £75 per sq ft at the upper levels.
