Regent Street, London W1
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised H & M Hennes on the acquisition of a new flagship store located on Regent Street, London W1 for its new upmarket mens' and womenswear chain ‘COS’ (collection of style). This was the first store to be opened worldwide.
The new store has opened in Unit 1, 222 Regent Street, London, forming part of the major redevelopment of the former Liberty’s department store and a major landmark in Regent Street. The new store provides a ground floor sales area of 2,884 sq ft with first floor sales totalling 4,388 sq ft.
COS opened in Regent Street on 16 March 2006 to great reviews. The store had been designed by William Russell.
