H & M Hennes & Mauritz UK Limited

During 2009 HTC advised on the following transactions:-
Bluewater - Agreed a surrender of their two existing units and relocated into one large store of 24,691 sq ft created from the combination of 3 units, trading on 3 levels.
St David's 2, Cardiff - H & M has signed up for a new flagship store of 27,404 sq ft within the new St David's 2 extension in Cardiff.
172/182 Buchanan Street, Glasgow - H & M has agreed a surrender of their existing store located and acquired a new 32,000 sq ft store located in Glasgow's prime retail pitch.
The Bullring, Birmingham - HTC advised COS (the upmarket subsidiary of H & M) on the acquisition of their first store to be located outside London in the UK.
