Primark Acquire New Flagship Store in Wood Green
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Primark on the acquisition of a new flagship store in Wood Green.
The rapidly expanding affordable fashion retailer has acquired the former Pearsons Department store within The Mall Corporation' s Shopping City shopping centre on a new 25 year lease. The new store provides a total area of 75,500 sq ft with ground and first floor sales and ancillary accommodation on second floor.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's management department are advising Primark on obtaining landlords consent for shop fit alterations to this store as well as Primark's two other major new store openings this year in Cambridge and Bristol.
The new Wood Green store is planned to open in November/December 2009.
