Boots unit split in Plymouth

P & O Estates has reconfigured the former Boots unit, situated at the side of its Drake Circus Shopping Centre in Plymouth.

Following Boots’ relocation to the scheme from its store on New George Street,

P & O took the unit and split it into eight units ranging in size from 630 sq ft (60 sq m) to 8,770 sq ft (815 sq m).

The space had been branded ‘The Shops’ on New George Street.
