Dwell Open New Store on Tottenham Court Road

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP and Mann Smith have advised Dwell, the expanding contemporary furniture and homeware retailer on their latest acquisition of their latest flagship store which opened last week on Tottenham Court Road, London to great acclaim.

The new store provides a total sales area of 7,745 sq ft on ground floor and basement levels.  Surrounding occupiers comprise a number of complementary operators including Habitat and Heals.

Dwell has acquired the store on a new lease expiring in 2022 from The Mayor and Commonalty and Citizens of the City of London.

BNP Paribus Real Estate and King Sturge advised the landlord and Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's London office and Mann Smith advised the tenant.
