Retail Investment Acquired in Canterbury by CBREI

A retail investment located on the junction of High Street and Best Lane has been purchased by CB Richard Ellis Investors for £3,580,000.

The retail investment 20/21 High Street and 13 Best Lane is located in a busy trading position on the High Street close to multiple retailers Debenhams, Game, Bon Marche and JD Sports.  The Grade II Listed building comprises two shop units fronting the High Street and a third store fronting the greatly improving Best Lane.  The units are let to French Connection, W H Smith Retail Holdings Limited (who have sub-let to Paperchase)and Oxfam, generating an annual income of £263,750.
