Julian Graves acquires new unit in Cheltenham

Julian Graves acquires shop premises for their new large format concept in Cheltenham at 17-18 Regent Arcade Shopping Centre GL50 1JZ

Rob Powter and Co acting on behalf of Julian Graves Limited has agreed an assignment of the old Gilesports shop, the lease of which is due to expire in March 2010, at the rent of £131,800 per annum exclusive. A rent free period was agreed between the parties.

The property offers approx 2,100 sq ft of ground floor retail area together with approx 500 sq. ft. of first floor storage space plus staff accommodation.

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP acted on behalf of Gilesports the assignor.
