The Co-operative Implement Fresh Approach

Following a recent review of their management instructions, The Co-operative  Group is  to implement some changes with effect from 3 January 2012 and have appointed  Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP to manage its non operational property portfolio located throughout the South West and Wales.

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP will be responsible for all management and professional work emanating from the portfolio which consists of over 300 properties including the  Park View Office Campus Bristol totaling approx. 250 000 sq. ft.
