Elephant (Bristol) Limited has acquired new premises in Old Market, Bristol for their fourth 'Elephant' Bar in the city.
Elephant has acquired a new 20 year lease at a commencing rental of £20,000 per annum on 16 West Street, Old Market, Bristol, a former restaurant. The chain are planning a major refurbishment of the property and plan to open in Autumn 2008.
Jason Herbert of letting agents, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP said: "The Old Market area of Bristol is undergoing a period of transition with many of the buildings being refurbished to provide residential accommodation on the upper floors and new commercial occupiers such as Elephant, moving into the ground floor retail units. The area is certainly benefitting from being sandwiched between the new Cabot Circus Shopping Centre, due to open later this year and the new office heart of the city - Temple Quay."
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised the lessors, Guinea Street Properties and Elephant (Bristol) Ltd represented themselves.
