Applicable Ltd, a flourishing IT services company has moved into 3130 Great Western Court, Stoke Gifford, to accomodate their continued expansion.
Applicable, who also have offices in Brisbane, pride themselves on their ability to provide 24/7 support to their global client base in a wide range of collabration solutions, with the Bristol office being key to this service as their operations centre.
Over the last few years as the companys client base has grown, it has caused an expansion of their workforce and subsequent pressure on Applicable to move their operations from their existing offices in Filton to bigger premises.
Great Western Court, located in Stoke Gifford, provided the ideal solution. The two storey modern office building more than doubled Applicable's accomodation from 2,879 sq ft to 6,365 sq ft and they acquired the premises by way of an assignment of the existing lease, at a passing rental of £111,500 per annum. The lease expires in 2016.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Applicable Ltd on their relocation and are instructed to market their former offices Applicable House (2,879 sq ft), located on the popular Abbey Wood Business Park, Filton, which is available for immediate occupation either on a freehold basis or new leasehold basis.
King Sturge advised Milk Link Ltd, the previous tenants, and the superior landlord, AVIVA Staff Pensions Trustee Ltd.
