Innogistic Software, an independently owned software company who specialise in the development of innovative business solutions has moved into the 2nd and 3rd floors of Hanover House, Queen Charlotte Street.
The IT company, which was formed in 1991, has moved from Marsh Street to the prominent modern office building located on Queen Charlotte Street, close to the financial core of Corn Street and the picturesque Queen Square.
Innogistic Software have acquired the 2nd and 3rd floors, totalling 6,700 sq ft on a new 10 year lease at a commencing rent equating to £15.75 per sq ft. The offices were refurbished providing air conditioning, raised floors and benefits from three car parking spaces on site.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP are advising the landlords, Threadneedle Pensions Ltd on the marketing of the ground floor suite which provides 2,240 sq ft plus one on-site car parking space. The suite is currently being refurbished and will be ready for occupation from November at a commencing rental of £36,400 per annum.
