Torquay Attracts Mountain Warehouse

One of the country's leading outdoor clothing and equipment retailers, Mountain Warehouse has recently opened their first store in Torquay.

The retailer, who has over 40 stores throughout the UK and was founded in the south west, has opened their latest store within Torquay's prime shopping pitch on Union Street.  The store is located next to Costa Coffee and nearby retailers include Animal Clothing, Nationwide Building Society, Boots and Monsoon and the store provides a ground and first floor sales area totalling 2,500 sq ft.

Mountain Warehouse has acquired the store on a new 10-year lease at a commencing rental of £75,000 per annum exclusive.
