Bristol's Largest Office Pre-let for 2009

UK & European Investments Limited has secured Bristol's largest office pre-let this year following agreement of terms with The National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society Limited on their latest office development, Templeback within the city.

The NFU will move into the entire fourth floor of UK & European's foremost waterfront offices which are in the last stages of construction with completion due shortly.

Templeback is located in a unique position overlooking the floating harbour, within a few minutes walk of both Temple Meads railway station, Bristol's award winning Cabot Circus shopping centre and is located within the heart of city's newly established central business core. The building has been designed to a very high standard by EPR Architects and the interior common parts by award winning architect Morey Smith. This provides office accommodation that is unrivalled by many of its competitors. Templeback combines a two storey nineteenth century facade on Templeback in front of a very modern building and which has been awarded a '2006 BREEAM Excellent rating'.

It is anticipated the NFU will move into their new regional headquarters durring the Summer and will be occupying 21,485 sq ft on a new 15 year lease. King Sturge's Bristol office advised NFU and Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's Bristol office advised UK & European.

UK & European are offering the remaining accommodation either as individual floors or as a whole, providing accommodation from 12,852 sq ft up to 99,653 sq ft, with five floors remaining. The office accommodation is available on new 15 year leases at a quoting rental of £28.00 per sq ft.
