Working Links, the first public, private, voluntary partnership in the UK formed in 2000 to help long term unemployed get back into work, has opened an office in Colston Avenue, Bristol.

The charitable organisation that helps one person get back into work every six minutes, has moved into the ground floor offices of 35 Colston Avenue, which was formerly occupied by Bevan Brittan LLP.  The new office suite provides 2,551 sq ft and was substantially refurbished by Working Links to suit their required fit out including new air-conditioning, suspended ceilings and perimeter trunking.

Working Links have moved in on a new sub-lease for a term expiring March 2013 at a commencing rental of £35,714 per annum.

Natalie Bennett of joint letting agents Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP said: 'Working Links have opened their new offices and are very happy with the move.  The accommodation provides them with good quality space, in a prominent position and is very accessible to the public.'

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP and Colliers CRE advised the lessors, Bevan Brittan LLP and Marchmount Surveyors represented Working Links.
