WSB Property Management Expand in Salisbury

Established residential letting agents are expanding their operations in Salisbury following the acquisition of new ground floor offices in Castle Street.

WSB Property Management Ltd have agreed to acquire the existing leasehold interest from the prevoius tenants, Sotheby's of Chevoit House, 69/73 Castle Street, a short walk from Market Square and the city centre.

The new offices will provide a prominent ground floor self contained office totaling 1,276 sq ft together with 3 on-site car parking spaces. WSB has taken the premises by assignment of the existing lease which has 10 years remaining at a passing rental of £18,250 per annum.

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's Bristol office advised the assignor's Sothebys and WSB represented themselves.
