A new organic sandwich operator, 'Fearless Green', has opened in Bath's prime retail pitch following the letting of 14 Union Passage.

The ground floor retail unit with ancillary accommodation on the 3 upper floors plus basement levels has been let on a new six year lease at a commencing rental of £25,000 per annum rising to £27,000 per annum.  The store provides a ground floor sales area of 286 sq ft.
