New Building Consultant Appointed

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's London office has expanded its building consultancy department following the appointment of Neil Lofting as Associate Director to further develop and run the department covering London and the South East.

Neil, who for a number of years has been running his own consultancy, has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and has advised on a diverse range of instructions ranging from traditional building surveys to architectural design for clients including local goverment, education establishments from pre-school through to Universities, plus general commercial and industrial clients.

Neil will continue to develop and expand the building consultancy department, working closely with Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's agency and management departments based not only in London, but also in the Bristol and Plymouth offices.

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP launched building consultancy as an additional discipline two years ago.  The two teams based in the Bristol and London offices provide a comprehensive service and regularly advise a large number of notable clients including numerous household names on all aspects of building consultancy.
