William Hill Opens New Store in Fishponds, Bristol

One of the UK's leading bookmakers, William Hill, has opened a new store in Fishponds following the acquisition of the leasehold interest in 743 Fishponds Road, Fishponds, Bristol.

The unit has recently been refurbished and combined to provide a ground floor sales area of 814 sq ft (76 sq m) and is prominently located on the main A432 that links the centre of Bristol with the towns of Yate and Chipping Sodbury.  Nearby retailers include Greggs the Bakers, Superdrug and Timpsons.

William Hill has acquired a new twenty year lease subject to a break in the tenth year at a commencing rental of £22,000 per annum from a London based property company.
