Niche insurance intermediary, Lease & Loan Insurance Services Ltd, have extended their Bristol operation following the acquisition of a suite in 30 Queen Square, Bristol.

Lease & Loan Insurance Services Ltd already occupy office accommodation within  32 Queen Square, Bristol, which is the base for the company's UK & International business.  The company arrange insurance to meet the specialised market requirements of vehicle and commercial equipment lessors, vendors and manufacturers.

30 Queen Square will provide additional accommodation totalling 1,868 sq ft on the second floor level within this attractive refurbished building.  Lease & Loan Insurance Services Ltd have acquired the suite on a new 5 year lease at a commencing rental of £18,680 per annum.

King Sturge and Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised the landlords, a private property company.
