H & M to Open New Store on Buchanan Street, Glasgow

Leading fashion retailer H & M are to open to a new flagship store on Buchanan Street, Glasgow after agreeing a simultaneous surrender of their existing store within the Shopping Centre.

The Swedish retailer, H & M are more than quadrupling their sales area to 29,985 sq ft and moving to a unique prominent location on the upper end of Buchanan Street at number 178/182.  They decided to relocate from their existing premises in the Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre to the new flagship store to substantially increase their sales area and to move into Buchanan Street, Glasgow's prime retail pitch.   Nearby retailers include Next, Boots, Top Man, Gap and River Island.
