New Dental Practice For Wootton Bassett

Whitecross Dental Care Limited has agreed terms on Unit 12 within the town's Borough Fields Shopping Centre and are due to open later this year.

Whitecross is a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Dental Holdings. one of the country's leading dental groups who own over 250 practices located nationwide, treating over 2 million patients.  The new practice is to occupy the entire ground floor, totalling some 917 sq ft on a new 15 year lease at a commencing rental of £14,000 per annum exclusive.

The property is located within Borough Fields,  the main shopping centre in Wootton Bassett and located adjacent to the town's main car park.  Nearby occupiers include Sainsburys, Peacocks and Lloyds Pharmacy.
