Bristol Barber Company Opens Third Shop In Bristol

The Bristol Barber Company has opened their third shop in Bristol following their acquisition of the leasehold interest on the ground floor at 85 Henleaze Road, Henleaze.

The new shop is located adjacent to First Choice Travel Agents within a prominent terrace of ground floor retail outlets.  Nearby traders include  Lloyds Bank, Johnsons Drycleaners, The Co-operative, Britannia Building Society and Parsons Bakery in addition to a spectrum of specialist independent retailers located in this  prosperous residential Bristol suburb situated only 2 miles north west of Bristol City Centre. 

The Barber Co, having outlets in both Clifton Village and also Clifton Down, Whiteladies Road required expansion and Henleaze was the next obvious move.  The new shop is held on a new 10 year lease at a commencing rental of £14,000 per annum.
