The Bristol office of the Government’s Insolvency Service has moved to Tower Wharf, the waterside office building on six floors in Cheese Lane, off Temple Way, central Bristol.
It is relocating from offices in nearby Victoria Street to 6,312 sq ft on the first floor plus three car parking spaces on a 10-year lease. King Sturge advised the Insolvency Service.
A further 37,288 sq ft remains available at Tower Wharf in suites from 5,500 sq ft and the letting agents are Hartnell Taylor Cook and DTZ.
