Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Three R's Property Ltd on the letting of 3 Station Road, Clevedon to Greggs plc, UK's leading bakery retailer.
The high street bakery has agreed a new ten year lease at a commencing rental of £14,500 per annum on the 648sq ft ground floor retail unit. The store is located in the heart of the town, opposite the pedestrianised shopping precinct. Nearby retailers include Superdrug, WH Smith, Going Places and New Look.
