John Anthony Moves to Cabot Circus's Quakers Friars

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised leading independent fashion operator John Anthony on their relocation from their existing premises in Broadmead to a new 9,500 sq ft store located in Quakers Friars, part of Bristol's new shopping centre, Cabot Circus.

The new store is located adjacent to the Harvey Nichols department store and provides retail sales on ground and first floor plus a mezzanine area. The retailer has acquired the premises on a new ten year lease at a base plus turnover rent. 

John Anthony is a specialist designer menswear operator and has four further stores located in the South West.
