Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP's office agency team has a strong track-record in the rapid and cost-effective acquisition and disposal of office space in both city centre locations and out of town business parks. The team also includes specialist development advisors, who can provide detailed consultancy and comprehensive advice to both owners and occupiers at every stage of the process.

Knowledge is power

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has had an office agency department in Bristol for over thirty years and has been heavily involved in the development of one of the most dynamic office centres in the UK.

Our team has a thorough and detailed knowledge of both the City Centre and out of town office market in Bristol and the South West with an instruction base that ranges from new build Grade A developments to period refurbished space in the Clifton district.

Proven track record

We have acted for a range of occupiers in acquiring buildings and in recent years this has included Bevan Brittan Solicitors, the Soil Association, Beachcroft LLP and Guinness Trust. Amongst others our landlord clients include Cubex Land, UK & European, St Martin's Properties Limited, HBG Properties, CBRE Investors and Deeley Freed.

The team is also involved on a number of regional projects. In particular, it recorded the largest letting in Swindon last year with the disposal of Pegasus, Windmill Hill to Nationwide Building Society city and is also advising Somerset College of Art and Technology regarding its campus in Taunton.

Harnell Taylor Cook LLP
“The Bristol Office Agency Team is consistently in the top three agency teams in the city. In the last three years we have disposed of over 1 million sq ft and deal with over half the new build office accommodation in the city.”
